This application only stores data needed for gameplay and creating your workspace's Leaderboard, and does not store any personally identifiable information. This is true for Workspace IDs instead of Workspace Names or Domains, Channel IDs instead of Channel Names, and User IDs instead of User Names or Email Addresses. That means all we can see about your workspace is "User U1a2b3c4d" rather than "User Connor Tyrrell".
All data is encrypted in transition (SSL) and at rest (AES-256) and stored on AWS in the US.
The data will not be shared with any third parties.
Data is only used for the Slack app: powering gameplay and showing the leaderboard. Since no PII is stored by the application, no user or team level analysis is done on underlying data.
